1. Conditions for return

Unable to make returns customized products. (Directive 2011/83 / EU - point 49).

You may, however, return non-customized products within 14 days of purchase, as long as the products are intact, sealed, complete and inside the original packaging. The packaging cannot be damaged, altered or scratched. Upon approval of the order, the customer will initially bear the return shipping costs, the amount of which will be reimbursed along with the monetary value of the product as it enters our premises.

2. Warranty/Guarantee

The warranty may be activated on defective products received before or during use. These defects constitute proven production failures and are not the result of natural wear and tear arising from product use.

Heliotextil will honor any valid warranty claims. The shipping costs associated with activating a warranty will initially be borne by the customer. However, if the product meets the requirements for warranty validation, all such costs will be reimbursed by Heliotextil. Upon receipt of the defective item, all warranty processing will be completed within 30 days.
